The 06th UET T10 Flood Light Tape Ball Cricket Tournament 2025-2026 was successfully organized by the Sports Department, University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Lahore with the aim of promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition among students. The event took place at the UET Main Ground from 03rd to 06th November, 2025 at Junaid Jamshed Sports Stadium, under bright floodlights that added excitement and energy to every match. In this Tournament Faculties of UET Lahore, Faisalabad Campus, KSK Campus, Narowal Campus and RCET Gujranwala participated and all the matches played on League basis.

 

Semi-final match played between Faisalabad Campus and RCET Gujranwala in which Faisalabad Campus defeated RCET Gujranwala and second semi-final Faculty of Civil won over UET KSK Campus. The final match of 06th UET T10 Flood Light Tape Ball Cricket Tournament 2025-2026 played between Faculty of Civil Vs Fasisalabad Campus. Faculty of Civil won the Final Match by 07 Wickets and Faisalabad Campus remained 2nd. Mr. M. Hamza declared best Player of the Tournament and remained man of the match awarded by Dean of Civil Faculty Prof. Dr. Khalid Farooq, Chairman Sports Committee Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asif Rafiq and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahid in final.

 

At the end prize distribution ceremony, The Chairman Sports Committee Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asif Rafiq, Dean of Civil Faculty Prof. Dr. Khalid Farooq and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Shahid gave away the Medals and Trophies to the winner and Runner up Teams, Cash Prizes to Umpires, Scorers and appreciated the efforts of players and Sports Department.

 

The worthy Vice-Chancellor came into ground to encourage the players and also played some cricket shots and made the event memorable. The Sports Department extends its sincere gratitude to the worthy Vice Chancellor of UET Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI), the Director of Sports, faculty members, and all volunteers who made this tournament a memorable success.
