The University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore hosted the closing ceremony of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme Boxing Championship (Male & Female), featuring energetic performances from talented young athletes across the region.

 

The ceremony was graced by the Vice Chancellor of UET Lahore, who served as the chief guest. In his address, the Vice Chancellor congratulated all participating athletes and highlighted the importance of sports in character building, national progress, and youth empowerment. He emphasized that initiatives under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme are opening valuable opportunities for students to excel not only academically but also in co-curricular and competitive sports.

 

The event concluded with the distribution of medals, trophies, and cash prizes to the winners in both male and female categories. The Vice Chancellor encouraged the athletes to continue pursuing excellence and announced that UET Lahore would keep supporting platforms that promote healthy competition and youth development.
