The Civil Engineering Department, UET Lahore, successfully organized a seminar titled "Foundation of Construction Business, Formation & Operation" on Wednesday, February 26, 2025. The event featured Engr. Maqsood Ali Kamboh as the distinguished guest speaker. An esteemed alumnus of the Civil Engineering Department, UET Lahore, Engr. Kamboh currently serves as the President & CEO of TSI Engineering, Inc., a leading construction firm in the United States.

The seminar was honoured by the presence of Prof. Zia ud Din Mian, who welcomed the guest and presented him with a bouquet. Engr. Kamboh delivered an insightful presentation on business development and operations in the U.S. construction industry, highlighting key opportunities and essential steps for establishing a successful business. His talk was followed by an engaging Q&A session, where faculty members and students actively participated.

Following the presentation, Prof. Zia ud Din Mian shared his thoughts, emphasizing the significance of entrepreneurship in the construction sector.
