As the chief guest of UET’s 32nd Convocation, Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan entered the auditorium to a warm reception and loud applause, visibly pleased by the spirited welcome. The atmosphere grew livelier when Stage Secretary and UET Spokesperson Dr. Tanveer Qasim noted that while official commitments may delay the Governor at other events, he is known for arriving on time for university convocations. The remark brought a noticeable smile to the Governor’s face.
