Transforming Administrative Leadership at UET Lahore

The Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP) in collaboration with QEC proudly completed Cohort 4 of its two-day experiential workshop titled “From Friction to Facilitation: Rethinking the Role of Administration at UET.”
 
Held on November 5–6, 2025, at the Department of Architecture, UET Lahore, the workshop brought together administrative professionals from Grades 10–18 for an immersive learning experience focused on strengthening service orientation, enhancing communication and professional conduct, and reinforcing collaboration between faculty, staff, and students.
 
This meaningful initiative reflects the inspiring vision of Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI), Vice Chancellor, and Prof. Dr. Nasir Hayat, Pro Vice Chancellor, whose commitment to excellence continues to raise the bar for professional growth and institutional innovation at UET. Their leadership embodies a forward-thinking approach that empowers both academic and administrative teams to thrive together.
 
Special appreciation goes to Prof. Dr. Aneela Anwar, Director, Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP), whose visionary leadership and dedication have been instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous professional growth and capacity building at UET. Her efforts continue to empower administrative and academic personnel alike to embrace innovation and excellence.
 
Sincere thanks to Prof. Dr. Amer Aziz, Director, Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), for his valuable cooperation and constant support in making this collaborative initiative a success. Heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Munazza for her tireless facilitation and smooth coordination throughout the sessions.
 
A special acknowledgment to Mr. Omayer Arshad, whose engaging and thought-provoking facilitation style made the sessions truly memorable. His insights and energy inspired participants to embrace a facilitative mindset and redefine service excellence at UET.
 
The workshop was more than just training, it became a shared journey of learning, collaboration, and growth, strengthening the culture of empathy, professionalism, and service that defines UET Lahore.
