Two-Day Research Excellence Workshop Empowers Faculty and Scholars at UET Lahore
The Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP) at UET Lahore, in collaboration with QEC, ORIC, and KICS, successfully organized a transformative two-day training workshop titled “Achieving Global Research Excellence: Smart Strategies for High-Impact Scientific Publications in International Journals.” The workshop took place from November 18–19, 2025, at the Smart Classroom, New Auditorium, UET Lahore.
This capacity-building program was thoughtfully designed to equip participants with essential strategies for producing high-quality research and impactful publications. Faculty members from UET and other universities, along with PhD students, actively participated in the event, engaging in practical exercises, interactive discussions, and hands-on learning activities aimed at strengthening their scholarly writing, analytical skills, and global research outlook.
The event was honored by the gracious presence of the worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, who appreciated this important initiative and emphasized the need for strengthening research capabilities, fostering innovation, and aligning academic output with international standards. His insightful remarks greatly inspired the participants.

Their practical insights equipped participants with effective strategies to enhance their research quality and publication impact.
