The University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore proudly congratulates Engr. Mazhar Hussain, President of the UET Alumni KSA Chapter, for successfully organizing the UETAS Alumni Meet & Greet 2025 in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

 

With participation from nearly 100 alumni representing graduating sessions from the 1970s to the 2020s, the event turned into a vibrant celebration of unity, nostalgia, and the unbreakable UET spirit. The gathering brought together distinguished engineers and professionals from across the Kingdom, reflecting the strength and global footprint of the UET community.

 

Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI), Vice Chancellor UET Lahore, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Engr. Mazhar Hussain and his dedicated team for their exemplary efforts in making this reunion a memorable success. The Vice Chancellor appreciated the strong engagement of UET alumni in Saudi Arabia and emphasized the importance of continued collaboration to uplift the university’s global presence.

 

Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (TI) also advised the Director Alumni Office, Mr. Ahmad Naveed, to maintain close coordination with all international UET Alumni Chapters and to organize more national and international alumni gatherings. He highlighted that collective efforts of alumni around the world play a crucial role in the progress and global recognition of UET Lahore and in strengthening the UET Alumni Network worldwide.
