Increase in educational development and admissions

The number of students increased from 12,500 to 20,000 in one year.

The number of new admissions was 9,920, several times higher than the previous annual average of 2,715.

31 new BS programs and 6 new MS programs launched in one year — all these programs are approved by PEC, NCEAC, PCATP etc.

For the first time, 10 subjects were included in the QS Subject Ranking 2025.

HEC declared UET Lahore a Responsible University for governance, autonomy and quality.

UET receives Banishmark University status in Outcome-Based Education under Washington Accord.

Big European Union grant

UET receives 8 million euros (€800,000) grant under the Erasmus+ CBHE program.

UET is leading seven Pakistani universities and two European universities in this project named "BRIDGE".
